Do you remember Nomura’s Uchimata?
Most people know Nomura as a morote-seoi-nage specialist and don’t realise that he’s actually very good at uchimata as well. He does his uchimata much like how he does his morote-seoi-nage. Let’s look at the breakdown:

He starts off in a kenka-yotsu stance, similar to how he does a lot of his morote-seoi-nages.

He takes a step forward with his right leg, just as he would if he were doing morote-seoi-nage.

He swings back with his left leg, again just as he would if he were doing morote-seoi-nage.

From the side, he inserts his right leg to execute the throw. His arms move just as if he were doing morote-seoi-nage while his right leg lifts uke up and over.
